Evenflo Car Seats

Evenflo is another well-known brand in the world of baby products. Evenflo car seats are available at many major retailers and have a broad customer base.

To help you in your decision regarding your child’s seat options, here is what some parents say about their Evenflo seats.

Evenflo Embrace Infant Car Seat

This seat has a surprising range of reviews, with many absolutely hating it, some liking it, and a few loving it. People who like and love it say that it protected their children in a particularly bad crash, that they love the ease of installation, and that it’s lightweight.

Cons, however, include difficulty in getting a tight fit in cars that don’t have the LATCH system, an inability to use the carrier as a car seat without the base, discomfort for the child, and inconvenience.

One mother really liked the seat, but found that her daughter was not comfortable in it once she reached three months of age. It seems that the cons may outweigh the pros, according to these reviewers of Evenflo car seats.

Evenflo Triumph Convertible Car Seat

One of the most popular car seats on the market, the Triumph receives a mixture of great and good reviews from parents, although several parents have strongly negatively feelings about it.

First, and many think most importantly, this seat gets excellent crash test ratings…equal to or above some higher priced and more popular seats. For many, this outweighs almost any negative it could have.

It is affordable, easy to install (according to most reviewers), and seems comfortable for the child. Its high weight limit (50 pounds) also means it has a longer life for families than many seats.

Of the negative reviews, the most notable comments were in regards to difficult harnesses, short straps, vinyl armrests (uncomfortable in summer months), and bulkiness.

Evenflo RightFit Booster

This backless booster receives mostly great reviews, but like the other Evenflo car seats, has a mixture of negatives in there, too. The main complaints seem to be with comfort and concern with safety if the seatbelt isn’t fed through it properly.
